Shipping policy

Business Days: Orders are shipped on weekdays, excluding weekends, public holidays, and the year-end and New Year holidays.
Delivery to Hokkaido, Okinawa, and remote islands may require additional time.
If re-shipment is required due to an incorrect address or prolonged absence, the customer may be responsible for the additional shipping fee.

Shipping Carrier: Yamato Transport or another carrier designated by ATIDIMU.

Dispatch Time: Orders are typically shipped within 1–3 business days after purchase.

Shipping Areas: Japan, the United States, and China.

Shipping Fees:

Japan: Free shipping on all products.
United States: Flat-rate shipping of USD 20.
China: Flat-rate shipping of CNY 170.

For orders delivered within Japan, please place your order through the “Japan” Market and select JPY as the currency.

International Shipping (DAP – Delivered at Place)

Orders are shipped from Japan.
Import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, and other charges may be imposed by the customs authority in the destination country or region upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
ATIDIMU does not collect import duties or taxes at checkout and cannot determine the exact amount of these charges in advance.
If a shipment is refused or returned due to unpaid customs duties, taxes, or other charges, the return shipping cost and related expenses may be deducted from the refund.
Delivery may be delayed due to customs clearance procedures.
