Refund policy

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Returns are accepted only for unopened items.
We do not accept returns for opened or used products.
Returns due to customer preference are not accepted.

For defective items, return shipping costs will be borne by us.
At our discretion, we may provide a refund or reshipment without requiring the item to be returned.
Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after inspection or confirmation is completed.

In unavoidable cases such as skin irritation, we may offer an individual resolution (refund or exchange) after reviewing photos and details of the symptoms, even if the product has been opened.
Please submit your request via Return Prime (Return Request Form). If you are unable to use Return Prime, please contact us by email.

For International Orders
If delivery is refused due to unpaid customs duties or import taxes, we may deduct return shipping and related costs from the refund amount.
If the product is destroyed, seized, or otherwise disposed of during customs procedures, a refund may not be available.

Please note that cooling-off rights do not apply to mail-order sales.
